Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 1619) on the following at              
this time:

"An Act relating to reduction in payments to individuals under                
certain benefit programs."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 161(FIN)(efd fld), thus adopting SCS CSHB
(FIN), and recommended that the members vote no.
